Thanks for stopping by! x I make cards and donate them completely free of charge (including postage) to charities for fundraising, I make up boxes of crafting materials, for care/residential homes, young carers/Chernobyl victims/housebound people/ and many, many other worthy charities, people, groups and initiatives, I am starting to hold classes, completely free of charge in residential homes and for isolated parents all of this is aimed at helping people to enjoy crafting, sometimes whilst living with difficult situations. Hi all, Lynne over at Pinkle Twinkle Cards has a request which I am going to help with, hope you can too! x Leigh x
And here is what she says......................
I have a special request for all you lovely card makers in blog land!!
My friend is currently collecting donations of easter eggs to give out to the children in Martin House Hospice in Wetherby, Leeds. I have joined forces with him & have suggested I try get handcrafted cards to hand out along side these eggs.
This is where I need your help!!! Please could you possibly make 1 or even stretch to 2 childrens easter cards to help brighten a childs day??? If you could be email me (lynniewilson@hotmail.co.uk) and I will send you my address.
I need to have these cards all in by 15th April to give time to get them distributed.
Please feel free to spread the word.
My friend has got a group for this campaign on facebook if you want to check it out, here is the link:
